Only Bex Simon could interpret a spoon rest with such artistic flare to create such a cheerful shape. The contours of the soft organic form carries the cups and bumps common to this range. While ordinary ceramic spoon rests are forever sticking to the spoon and smashing on the floor, this sturdy piece will stay firmly put. As with all of her work this product is designed to be looked at when not being used. As we say, “don’t put it away, put it on display”.

Made from solid cast iron and finished in a cream powder coat, this designer spoon rest has pads on the under side to provide grip and protection to the worktop. This spoon rest is large enough to hold more than one spoon at a time and is suitable for all kitchen cooking implements which can be placed in any orientation. If the spoon is placed on edge the distribution of the bumps help to hold it upright while the spoon drains. Alternatively, if the spoon is placed on its back, the bumps allow the spoon to drain in to the valleys. Large radii between the valleys ensure the spoon rest is easily wiped clean.
